nextos / models — set it once, everything downstream follows.

One model choice.
Every agent follows.

A single dial for the whole workspace. Pick the model your agents run on, and the assistant, the app specialists and every custom agent inherit it, until you pin a different one for the job that needs it. Change the default and they all move together.

01How you pay for it

Your key,
or ours.

Bring your own provider key and the whole plane is free. Or, on a paid plan, run on a metered hosted allowance with no key of your own.

bring your own key

Free, on any provider

Add a key for any of five providers and every agent runs on it. Nothing is marked up; the plane just routes and governs. Local models through Ollama cost nothing and never leave your machine.

  • Keys live in your browser, and in an encrypted server vault only if you opt into background runs
  • A pinned model is honoured exactly; an inheriting one is key-aware, so a run never dead-ends when a provider has no key
  • Per-run token and cost caps stop a run before it overspends
hosted allowance

No key? Use ours

On Pro and above, a monthly hosted allowance runs your agents with no key of your own, metered by the exact model that ran. Each plan sets which models the allowance may use.
