Transform is a developer utility belt of data-format conversions: one tab per tool, each with a live before and after view, copy, clear and file drop, and a designed empty state.

Every transform is a real implementation, not a shortcut - no naive CSV splitting, no UTF-8 breaking Base64, no faked digests, no index-by-index diffing. It all runs locally; nothing is ever uploaded.
